Orders to the USA are delivered in approximately 7 days, provided the product is in stock and payment is made by PayPal or card.
Are taxes included?
No, for shipments to the USA, local taxes and customs clearance costs are borne by the customer and must be paid at destination if applicable.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When the carrier processes the shipment, you will receive a second email with the tracking link.
What happens if the delivery fails?
After several attempts, the package returns to our warehouse and you will have two options: a new shipment (paying the shipping costs again) or a refund of the value of the goods, discounting the original shipping and the international return cost.
