How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, as shown in the table above. Most international orders are delivered within 5 to 7 days.
Are taxes included?
For European Union countries and the UK, taxes are included. For countries outside the EU and the UK, customs clearance and local taxes are paid by the customer.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When the carrier processes the shipment, you will receive a second email with the tracking link.
What happens if the delivery fails?
After several attempts, the package returns to our warehouse and you will have two options: a new shipment (paying the shipping costs again) or a refund of the value of the goods, discounting the original shipping and the international return cost.
