Returning an order
No doubt a concern customers have when shopping online is what happens if they get the wrong size or are not satisfied with their purchase. No problem! We accept returns and exchanges.
Withdrawal rights
You are guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason, for most products during 14 calendar days from the day you have received the product. To cancel a purchase during the 14-day cooling-off period, please contact us: click here.
Padel Market's return and exchange policies
Regardless of the right of withdrawal described above, Padel Market's return policy allows you to return the products in case you are not satisfied with your purchase up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product or make an exchange of the product.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete.
Note: if the reason for returning the product is not because it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will not refund the shipping costs or any other service related to your order and the return shipping costs will apply.
If you wish to exchange the product, the above paragraph applies: we will not refund the shipping costs or any other service related to your order, unless the exchange is the result of an error on the part of Padel Market.
This return policy does not affect your legal rights as a customer. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions section.
The same exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to our return policy.
Considerations
1. A product cannot be returned/exchanged if it has already been used.
2. Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging and seals at the time of return.
3. The applicable return costs will be informed to the customer at the time the return is requested.
Procedure
1. Contact our customer service: click here.
2. Prepare the package. The products must be new, unused, in their original packaging, both the wrapping and the seal with which they arrived. Do not forget to include the invoice or delivery note in the package.
3. The logistics staff will contact you to pick up the package at the same address where it was delivered.
4. Once the post-sales area confirms receipt of the product, we will check that it is in perfect condition and will manage from that moment the refund of the money within approximately 14 days (This will depend on the method of payment managed by the customer). If the product, once received at our facilities, does not meet the conditions that are reflected in the Returns Policy, and / or is not in perfect condition, the customer service department will contact you. We remind you that under the circumstances previously mentioned, the refund of the amount of the product does not apply. In case of a product exchange, you will have to pay the amount corresponding to the shipping and return costs.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Voluntary returns will not be free of charge and will be subject to shipping, return and customs charges, as applicable.
Express delivery costs are non-refundable.
In the event that your order has been paid through the PayPal platform, the PayPal commission will not be refunded in any case.
Defective or damaged products
14 days from the date of receipt
You can return a defective product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, contact us: click here.
Between 14 days and 2 years from date of receipt
Please contact us by clicking here. We will send you a replacement for your product, and if the replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price. Padel Market does not accept returns if the defect is due to accidental damage, deliberate damage, damage caused by external factors or general wear and tear.
Note: In order for Padel Market to send you a replacement for a damaged or defective product, you must first return the original product. Once we receive the product originally sent and analyse its condition together with the manufacturer, Padel Market will send the new product or, failing that, reserves the right to refund the Customer the value of the product.
Product damaged during shipment
If you receive a product damaged during shipment, you can contact us by clicking here to return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
How and when will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your return under the conditions stated above, we will refund you the amount of your order as quickly as possible, depending on the method of payment you have previously used. For orders paid by credit card, you will receive a credit to your credit card account.
If you have paid via PayPal, you will receive a credit to your PayPal account. You decide whether you want the amount to remain in your PayPal account for future purchases or to be transferred to your bank account. Contact PayPal to receive your money wherever you prefer. Please note that PayPal fees will not be refunded.
In case you have paid by bank transfer, you will receive a credit directly to your bank account.
Shipping costs
If you return a product due to an error on the part of Padel Market or factory defect, we will take care of the return costs. If you want to return or exchange a product without any error on the part of Padel Market or manufacturing defect, we will deduct from the amount of the refund the expenses generated by the return and the different costs will be applied based on the shipping area.
Consequence of the Right of Withdrawal
In the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, except for delivery, return and customs charges. The refund will be made using the same channel or means of payment used by you for the purchase of the item withdrawn, in particular, in a situation that does not allow its return through the normal channel will be established alternative methods to ensure the receipt and does not contravene any regulations at the accounting or tax level of Spanish State. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the shipment we have made in the first place.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in that which is not expressly established. The provider and the CUSTOMER agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of products or services under these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the CUSTOMER.
In the event that the CUSTOMER is domiciled outside Spain, the provider and the CUSTOMER expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent and legally determined by the laws applicable to this contract.
