Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders to the UK are delivered in 2–5 working days, provided the product is in stock and payment is made by PayPal or card. If you pay by bank transfer, the shipment is prepared once the payment is received and identified with your order number.
Is shipping free?
Shipping costs to the UK are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. You will see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
Are taxes included?
Yes, all prices include VAT. The only exceptions are countries outside the EU and the UK, where customs clearance and local VAT are paid by the customer.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When the carrier processes the shipment, you will receive a second email with the tracking link.
Can I send it to an address different from the one in my account?
Yes. Before paying you can enter a different delivery address. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.
What happens if the delivery fails?
After 2 attempts, the package returns to our warehouse and you will have two options: a new shipment (paying the shipping costs again) or a refund of the value of the goods, discounting the original shipping and the return cost (12 € for the rest of Europe).
Stock Availability
All products on our website are shown as available stock, which means we try to ship them without delay. You just have to add the items to your basket and choose your preferred payment method.
Please note that the availability shown during the purchase is indicative and has no contractual value, as several purchases of the same item can occur at the same time and cause an out-of-stock situation. As it is an online store, the stock is constantly updated, so it is possible that an item is no longer available while you complete your purchase.
If a product runs out of stock, from www.padelmarket.com we will contact you to inform you and offer you an estimated delivery date at no additional cost, or a product of equal or superior characteristics. If it is definitively sold out and you do not accept alternatives, you will be fully refunded the amount paid in accordance with current regulations.
