Stock information
We have all the products that appear on our website in stock, which means that we can always send them without long waits. You only have to add what you want to buy to the basket and choose which payment method you prefer to use.
We remind you that the availability of the products and stock during the purchase process is mentioned for information purposes only and will not therefore be contractual, since it may be the case that purchases of the same item are being made simultaneously, and this may cause a stock shortage.
As this is e-commerce, the stock is updated online, so it could happen, occasionally, that during the purchase process the stock runs out.
In the event of a stock shortage of the product, www.padelmarket.com will contact you to inform you of the situation, indicating, on the one hand, the approximate delivery date on which the order will be supplied, without an increase in price, and on the other hand, you will be offered the option of sending you a product with similar or superior characteristics to the one initially ordered, with the customer being able to exercise their rights of withdrawal and resolution in the same terms as if it were the item initially requested.
If the stock shortage is definitive and the customer does not accept any of the proposed options, the full amount paid for it will be refunded in accordance with current regulations.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time corresponds to that indicated in the shipping conditions table, provided that we have stock of the requested products and the payment method is PayPal or card. If your payment method is bank transfer, the shipping process will begin once payment has been received with the order reference in the Padel Market account.
- Orders for Spain and Portugal will take up to 48 business hours.
- Orders within Europe will take between 3 and 5 business days.

How can I know the status of my order?
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.
Once your order is processed by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking of the merchandise.

Can I request that my order be sent to a different address than the one I registered with?
Yes. Before making the payment, we give you the option to enter a shipping address other than the one you registered with.
Once you enter a delivery address and confirm the shipping order, it is not possible to change it.
Impossibility of delivery
If after 2 attempts we are unable to deliver your order, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and you will have 2 options:
Order another shipment to the same address or to a new address, in which case the shipping costs will be charged
Order a refund, in which case the price of the goods will be refunded minus the shipping costs and the costs of returning the product (6€ within Spain and 12€ for the rest of Europe)
Information on taxes
Taxes are included for countries belonging to the European Union and United Kingdom. If your country is outside the EU and UK, customs may charge additional import or administrative taxes.
