Return an Order
One of the main concerns customers have when shopping online is what happens if they order the wrong size or are not satisfied with their purchase. No problem! We accept exchanges and returns.
Right of Withdrawal
You are guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without stating a reason, for most products within 14 calendar days from the day you received the product. To cancel a purchase during the 14-day cooling-off period, please contact us: click here.
Padel Market Returns and Exchanges Policy
Regardless of the right of withdrawal described above, Padel Market's returns policy allows you to return products if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, or to exchange it.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused, and complete.
Please note: if the reason for the product return is not that it arrived damaged, was defective, or was incorrect, we will not refund the shipping costs or any other service related to your order, and return costs will apply.
If you wish to exchange a product, the above paragraph applies: we will not refund the shipping costs or any other service related to your order, unless the exchange is the result of an error on the part of Padel Market.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. For further information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions section.
The same exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to our returns policy.
Considerations
1. A product cannot be returned/exchanged if it has already been used.
2. Items must be new, unused, and retain their original packaging and seals at the time of return.
3. The applicable return costs will be communicated to the customer at the time they request the return.
Procedure
1. Contact our customer service team: click here.
2. Prepare the parcel. Products must be new, unused, in their original packaging, including both the wrapping and the seal in which they arrived. Please do not forget to include the invoice or delivery note in the parcel.
3. Our logistics team will contact you to collect the parcel from the same address to which it was delivered.
4. Once the after-sales department confirms receipt of the product, we will verify that it is in perfect condition and the refund will be processed from that point within approximately 14 days (this will depend on the payment method used by the customer). If the product, once received at our premises, does not meet the conditions set out in the Returns Policy and/or is not in perfect condition, the customer service department will contact you. Please be reminded that under the circumstances mentioned above, a refund of the product amount does not apply. In the case of a product exchange, you will be required to pay the corresponding amount for shipping and return costs.
FURTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Voluntary returns will not be free of charge; they will incur shipping, return, and customs costs, as applicable.
Express shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event that your order was paid via the PayPal platform, the PayPal commission will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Defective or Damaged Products
Within 14 days of the date of receipt
You may return a defective product within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order; please contact us: click here.
Between 14 days and 2 years from the date of receipt
Please get in touch with us click here. We will send you a replacement for your product, and if the replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price. Padel Market does not accept returns if the defect is due to accidental damage, deliberate damage, damage caused by external factors, or general wear and tear.
Please note: in order for Padel Market to send you a replacement for a damaged or defective product, you must first return the original product. Once we receive the originally dispatched product and assess its condition together with the manufacturer, Padel Market will send the new product or, failing that, reserves the right to reimburse the Customer for the value of the product.
Product damaged during delivery
If you receive a product that has been damaged during delivery, you may contact us click here, to return it within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once the return is received in the stated conditions, we will proceed to refund the amount of your order as quickly as possible, using the payment method you previously used: for orders paid by credit card, you will receive a credit to your credit card account.
If you paid via PayPal, you will receive a credit to your PayPal account. You will decide whether you wish the amount to remain in your PayPal account for future purchases or to be transferred to your bank account. Please contact PayPal to receive your money wherever you prefer. Please remember that PayPal commissions will not be refunded.
If you paid by bank transfer, you will receive a credit directly to your bank account.
Shipping Costs
If you return a product due to an error on the part of Padel Market or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of the return. If you wish to return or exchange a product where there has been no error on the part of Padel Market or manufacturing defect, we will deduct from the refund amount the costs incurred by the return, and different costs will apply based on the shipping zone.
Consequence of the Right of Withdrawal
Should you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, with the exception of delivery, return, and customs costs. The refund will be made using the same payment channel or method used by you for the purchase of the withdrawn item; in particular, in situations where a refund via the normal channel is not possible, alternative methods will be established to ensure receipt and compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations of the Spanish State. You will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the above, we may withhold the refund until we have received the shipment we originally sent.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in all matters not expressly established herein. The provider and the CUSTOMER agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the CUSTOMER's place of domicile.
In the event that the CUSTOMER is domiciled outside Spain, the provider and the CUSTOMER expressly waive any other jurisdiction, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent and legally determined by the laws applicable to this contract.
