1. ORGANIZER
EUROPEAN PADEL MARKET, S.L., with registered office at C/ Doctor Esquerdo 105, 28007, Madrid, Spain and tax ID B05379060 (hereinafter the “Organizer”), is running a promotion called “SORTEO DE NAVIDAD – SORTEAZO!! Esta Navidad, la magia está en la pala” (hereinafter the “Promotion” or the “Prize Draw”), which is governed by these terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”).
2. TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND ELIGIBILITY
2.1. The Promotion is international in scope and open to natural persons residing in any country in the world, except in those countries or territories where local law does not allow this type of promotion or imposes additional requirements that the Organizer cannot fulfil.
2.2. The Promotion is open to all natural persons who:
a) Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; and
b) Comply with the entry procedure set out in these Terms.
2.3. The following are not eligible to participate:

Employees of the Organizer;

Partners directly involved in managing the Promotion;

First-degree relatives of the foregoing.
3. DURATION
3.1. The Promotion will start on 15 December 2025 at 00:00 (CET) and end on 31 December 2025 at 23:59 (CET).
3.2. The draw and notification of the winners will take place on 2 January 2026, unless postponed for duly justified reasons of force majeure.
4. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
The purpose of the Promotion is to promote the Organizer’s products and expand its contact database, by generating leads from people interested in padel and in the marketing communications of EUROPEAN PADEL MARKET, S.L.
5. PRIZES
5.1. A total of nine (9) prizes will be awarded in this Promotion, each consisting of one (1) padel racket signed by one of the collaborating influencers. By way of example, the prizes may include:

5.2. There will be nine (9) winners, each of whom will receive one (1) signed padel racket. The specific assignment of each racket to each winner (for example, depending on the creator selected as favourite in the entry form or by random allocation) will be indicated on the Promotion landing page and/or in related communications.
5.3. The prize is personal and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or for any other product, unless the Organizer is unable, for reasons beyond its control, to deliver the advertised prize. In such a case, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of similar value and characteristics.
5.4. The shipping costs of the prize to each winner’s address will be borne by the Organizer, unless otherwise stated on the landing page. Under no circumstances will the Organizer bear any taxes, duties, customs charges, customs duties or customs handling fees that may be applied in the country where the prize is received; these shall be entirely at the winner’s expense.
6. HOW TO ENTER
6.1. During the Promotion period, any person wishing to enter must:
a) Visit the Promotion landing page available at https://padelmarket.com (or the specific URL communicated for the Promotion);
b) Correctly complete the entry form, providing at least the following information:

Country of residence

(Where applicable) Selection of their favourite creator;
c) Explicitly accept: -
These Terms & Conditions;

The Privacy Policy;

And, where applicable, the checkbox for consent to receive marketing communications (newsletter), if enabled in the form.
6.2. Each participant may enter only once with a valid email address. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any duplicate entries or entries suspected of fraudulent behaviour (misuse of email addresses or identities).
6.3. Entry into the Promotion is free of charge, other than the usual cost of the internet connection required to access the landing page.
7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
7.1. At the end of the Promotion period, the Organizer will, within a maximum of seven (7) calendar days, carry out a random draw among all valid entries, using an impartial selection system (for example, randomization tools or built-in email/CRM platform features).
7.2. The following will be selected at random:

Nine (9) main winners, each of whom will receive one signed padel racket;

Eighteen (18) alternate winners (two for each prize), who will replace the main winners if they cannot be contacted, decline the prize or fail to comply with these Terms.
7.3. The result of the draw will be final and binding, without prejudice to the Organizer’s right to exclude participants who fail to comply with these Terms.
8. CONTACTING WINNERS AND PRIZE DELIVERY
8.1. The Organizer will contact each winner by email sent to the address provided in the entry form within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of the draw.
8.2. Each winner must reply to the Organizer’s email within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days from the date on which it is sent, providing the information required for shipment of the prize (full name, postal address, telephone number and any other logistical information requested). If the winner does not reply within this period, expressly waives the prize or fails to provide the information required for its delivery, it shall be understood that the winner waives the prize and loses the right to receive it.
8.3. In such cases, the Organizer will contact the corresponding alternate winner, who will likewise have a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days from the date on which the email is sent to reply and provide his/her details. If the alternate winner also fails to reply within the period, waives the prize or cannot receive it, the Organizer may contact the next alternate winner (if any) or declare the prize void.
8.4. If, after contacting the corresponding alternate winners, it is not possible to deliver one or more of the prizes, the Organizer may declare the prize or prizes in question void.
9. LIABILITY AND RESERVATIONS
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion and/or these Terms in the event of force majeure or other circumstances that make it impossible to carry it out correctly, and undertakes to communicate such circumstances transparently through its usual channels.
9.2. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, delay or any other circumstance attributable to third parties (postal services, internet providers, social networks, etc.) that may affect the running of the Promotion or the receipt of the prizes.
9.3. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion any participant who, in its opinion, has acted fraudulently, abusively or in bad faith, or who does not comply with the conditions set out in these Terms.
10. DATA PROTECTION
10.1. The personal data provided by participants will be processed by EUROPEAN PADEL MARKET, S.L., as data controller, for the purposes of managing participation in the Promotion, selecting and contacting the winners and, where applicable, sending commercial communications and newsletters, provided that the participant has given his/her explicit consent for such purpose.
10.2. The legal bases for processing are:

The performance of the promotional relationship (administration of the prize draw) for all participants;

The participant’s consent to receiving commercial communications (newsletter and marketing campaigns), where such consent has been given.
10.3. Data will be stored for as long as is necessary to manage the Promotion and, subsequently, for the statutory limitation periods. In the case of newsletter subscriptions, data will be stored until the user withdraws consent or requests deletion.
10.4. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as withdraw their consent at any time, by sending a request to pd@padelmarket.com or by post to EUROPEAN PADEL MARKET, S.L., C/ Doctor Esquerdo 105, 28007, Madrid, Spain, in accordance with applicable law (including Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
10.5. Participants also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of their country of residence or of the Organizer’s registered office (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency).
11. USE OF WINNERS’ NAME AND IMAGE
11.1. Winners agree that their name and country of residence may be published by the Organizer on its communication channels (website, social networks, newsletters) for the sole purpose of informing about the outcome of the Promotion and ensuring transparency.
11.2. If the Organizer wishes to use the winners’ image (photographs, videos, testimonials) for additional promotional purposes, it will request their separate explicit consent.
12. SOCIAL NETWORKS
12.1. Although the Promotion may be communicated via social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or others, these platforms do not sponsor, endorse or administer the Promotion and are not associated with it in any way.
12.2. Participants release these platforms from any liability arising from or in connection with the Promotion.
13. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
13.1. Participation in the Promotion implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
13.2. The Organizer reserves the right to interpret these Terms and to resolve any issues not expressly covered herein, in line with the spirit and purpose of the Promotion.
14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
14.1. Unless mandatory provisions of another country’s law apply, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
14.2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the interpretation or performance of the Promotion shall, unless otherwise required by law, be submitted to the courts of Madrid (Spain).
