Returns and Exchanges 

Undoubtedly a concern that customers have when buying online is what happens if the product is wrong in size or if they are not satisfied with their purchase. No problem! We accept exchanges and returns.

Withdrawal Rights

You are guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without indicating the reason, of most products for 14 calendar days from the day you received the product. To cancel a purchase during the 14-day reflection period, you have to write to us at [email protected]

Return and Exchange Policies of Padel Market

Regardless of the right of withdrawal described above, Padel Market's return policy allows you to return the product or exchange it in case you are not satisfied with your purchase up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unworn and complete.

Note: If the reason for returning the product is not because it arrived damaged, was defective or was incorrect, we will not refund the amount of shipping costs or any other service related to your order and return costs will apply.

If you want a product change, what is mentioned in the previous paragraph applies: we will not refund the amount of shipping costs or any other service related to your order, unless the change is the result of an error on the part of Padel Market.

This return policy does not affect your legal customer rights. For more information, go to our Terms and Conditions section.

The same exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply to our return policy.


1. You cannot return / exchange a product if it has already been used.

2. The articles must be new, unused and keep their original packaging and seals at the time of return.

3. The applicable return costs will be informed to the customer at the time the return is requested.


1. Contact our customer service ([email protected]).

2. Prepare the package. The products must be new, unused, in their original packaging, both the wrapper and the seal with which they arrived. Do not forget to include the invoice or delivery note in the package.

3. The logistics staff will contact you to collect the package from the same address where it was delivered.

4. Once the product is received, we will check that it is in perfect condition and we will refund the money as soon as possible. If the product, once received at our facilities, does not meet the conditions that are reflected in the Return Policy, and / or is not in perfect condition, the customer service department will contact you. We remind you that under the circumstances mentioned above, the refund of the amount of the product does not apply. In the case of a product exchange, you must pay the corresponding amount for the shipping costs and the return costs.


Voluntary returns will not be free. They will have the cost of shipping, return and customs, as appropriate.

Express Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the event that your order has been paid through the PayPal platform, in no case will the PayPal commission be returned.

Defective or damaged products

14 days after the date of receipt

You can return a defective product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order through our email [email protected].

Between 14 days and 2 years from the date of receipt

Please contact us at [email protected]. We will send you a replacement of your product, and if the replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase price. Padel Market does not accept returns if the defect is due to accidental damage, deliberate damage, caused by external factors or general wear and tear.

Note: for Padel Market to send you a replacement for a damaged or defective product, you must first return the original product. Once we receive the originally shipped product and analyze its status with the brand, Padel Market will send the new product or, failing that, reserves the right to refund the value of the product to the Customer.

Product damaged during shipping

If you receive a product damaged during shipment, you can contact us at [email protected] to return it within 14 days, from the date of receipt of the order.

How and when will I receive the amount of my refund?

As soon as the return is received in the indicated conditions, we will proceed to return the amount of your order, as quickly as possible, according to the form of payment that you have previously used: For orders paid by credit card, you will receive a credit to your account credit card.

In the event that you have paid via PayPal, you will receive a credit in your PayPal account. You will decide if you want the amount to remain in your PayPal account for future purchases or to be transferred to your bank account. Contact PayPal to receive your money where you prefer. Remember that PayPal fees will not be refunded.

In the event that you have paid by bank transfer, you will receive a credit directly to your bank account.

Shipping costs

If you return a product to us due to an error on the part of Padel Market or a factory defect, we will bear the cost of the return. If you want to return or exchange a product without there having been an error on the part of Padel Market or a factory defect, we will deduct the expenses generated by the return from the refund amount and different costs will be applied based on the shipping area.

Consequence of the Right of Withdrawal

In the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, except for delivery, return and customs costs. The refund will be made using the same channel or means of payment used by you for the purchase of the abandoned item, with particular character, in the event that does not allow its return through the normal channel, alternative methods will be established that ensure reception and do not contravene any regulations at the accounting or fiscal level of the Spanish State. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may retain the refund until we have received the shipment we made in the first place.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of said goods.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly established. The provider and the CLIENT, agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the CLIENT's domicile.

In the event that the CLIENT is domiciled outside of Spain, the provider and the CLIENT expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals that are competent and that are legally determined by the laws applicable to this contract.
