1. Promoter

2. Prize
10 digital coupons worth €100 each (10 winners, one coupon per winner). Coupons are single-use, personal/non-transferable, not redeemable for cash.
3. Eligibility & Territory
International promotion, valid where lawful. Open to individuals 18+. Employees, agencies and immediate family members are excluded.
4. Key Dates

5. How to Enter (no purchase required)
Visit https://padelmarket.com/es-eu/pages/sorteo-pre-blackfriday, provide first name, last name, email, phone, and consent to the Privacy Policy and newsletter signup. One (1) entry per person (unique email/phone). Duplicate/incomplete/false entries may be void. Reasonable ID/age verification may be requested.
6. Winner Selection & Notification

Random draw among valid entries: 10 winners + 10 alternates (in order).

Notified by email. If no reply within 24 hours, we will call; if still no response/eligibility, prize passes to the alternate.

7. Coupon Terms (€100)

Redemption window: 18 Nov 2025 – 31 Jan 2026 (Europe/Madrid).

Minimum basket: order must be €100 or more (products subtotal, before coupon).

Larger baskets: coupon deducts €100; any excess remains payable.

Stacking: compatible with active promotions, not combinable with other coupons/codes.

Scope: valid for available catalogue/shipping destinations at redemption time; legal/commercial exclusions may apply.

Additional charges: unless stated otherwise, shipping, duties, taxes are not covered.

No residual value: single use; if order subtotal < €100, no remainder is retained.

Returns: refunds (where applicable) will be adjusted net of the promotional value; no replacement coupon issued.
8. Substitution
If necessary, Padel Market may substitute a prize of equivalent value/spec.
9. Taxes
Any taxes/duties applicable in the winner’s jurisdiction are the winner’s responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.

For justified reasons/force majeure, Padel Market may modify or cancel without prejudice to acquired rights.

15. Governing Law/Jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. Courts of Madrid (Spain) have jurisdiction, save for mandatory local courts. In case of conflict, the Spanish version prevails.
